Uniform
When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.
Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:
- meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation
- includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics
- is appropriate for the full range of school activities

Students wear an every day uniform Mon-Thurs and a sport uniform on Fridays.
School Hat
Green MFPS Hats are available for purchase. It is expected that all students wishing to go outside to play will wear a hat for sun safety. Students without a hat will be required to play undercover.
Change of Uniforms
Generally, the winter uniform should be worn in Terms 2 and 3. However, many students still prefer to wear shorts.
Special Shirts
Past students have co-designed a shirt with Aboriginal designs on it that can also be worn on sports days.
Year 6 students can order a special t-shirt to commemorate their final year of Primary School.
